Regent is a man clad in layers of fine furs and gaudy jewelry. His face is perpetually shaded despite the lack of anything that might actually obscure his features. Atop his head is a precariously stacked tower of crowns of all manner of metals and woods, jeweled with every gemstone under the sun.
